VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES
  • EU Orders: We cover all import duties and taxes for EU shipments.

Orders out of europe may experience delays due to customs processing.

  • Note: Our brand is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or tariffs charged for orders outside the EU. The buyer must cover these costs where applicable.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND INCORRECT DELIVERY
  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@excitarestudios.com
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the address cannot be modified. You may need to contact the courier directly for assistance.

Refunds for incorrect addresses: If a package is sent to the wrong address due to an error on the customer’s part, it cannot be refunded if lost.


LOST PARCELS
  • In-Transit: If a parcel is lost during transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation and confirms the parcel as lost.
  • After Delivery: If the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. However, we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the investigation concludes the parcel was delivered to the correct address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
