By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We offer the products described on our website. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, materials, and prices as accurately as possible.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and the display settings of your device.
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change product information and prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment must be completed when the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments or external payment providers.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
5. DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery is generally 3–6 business days unless another timeframe is displayed during checkout or stated in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, and periods of high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Under applicable Belgian and European consumer law, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In addition to this statutory right, EXCITÀRE voluntarily offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the order.
To request a return, please use our return portal or contact us at info@excitarestudios.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
After informing us of your return, you must send the products back without undue delay. Products must be returned to the return address provided through our return process.
Return conditions:
- Products returned under our voluntary extended return policy must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect a product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, defective, or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked return service. We are not responsible for a return parcel that is lost before it reaches us.
- If your order included a free promotional product, that product must also be returned when required under the promotion conditions. Otherwise, its value may be deducted from your refund.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, eligible payments will be reimbursed within the legally required timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that they were sent back.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, LEGAL GUARANTEE AND LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY
Your statutory consumer rights, including the applicable legal guarantee of conformity provided under Belgian and European consumer law, remain fully applicable and are not limited by these Terms or by our commercial warranty.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at info@excitarestudios.com as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY
EXCITÀRE jewelry made from 316L stainless steel or 18K PVD gold-plated stainless steel is covered by our Lifetime Color Warranty.
This commercial warranty covers significant fading or discoloration of the original finish under normal use.
The Lifetime Color Warranty does not cover:
- Scratches, dents, breakage, or other physical damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Loss or theft.
- Normal wear that is unrelated to fading or discoloration.
- Products for which no valid proof of purchase can be provided.
- Watches, unless a specific warranty is expressly stated on the relevant product page.
To assess a warranty claim, we may request proof of purchase, clear photographs of the issue, and any other information reasonably required to assess the product.
In certain cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.
If a claim under the Lifetime Color Warranty is approved, EXCITÀRE will replace the affected product. If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.
The Lifetime Color Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8. LIABILITY
You must use and care for the products in accordance with the information and care instructions provided on our website.
To the extent permitted by law, EXCITÀRE is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does it affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9. PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES
We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
