We offer a range of products as described on our website. All prices are in EUR and include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

 

4. PAYMENTS
Payments for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards via external gateways.

 

5. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Cooling-Off Period)
As per Belgian law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at excitarestudios@gmail.com and inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Please note:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We will issue a full refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

 

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY
If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will provide you with the option to return the defective product for a repair or replacement. All defective products must be returned to us in their original packaging.

In addition to this, Excitàre offers a warranty that applies exclusively to manufacturing defects that compromise the quality of the jewelry or watches. To qualify for this warranty, we may request proof of the defect to approve or deny the claim.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality products, and this warranty reflects our commitment to excellence. However, the warranty is only valid under the following conditions:

  • You must provide the original receipt of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Only under these conditions can we replace or refund your product.

 

8. LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages caused by improper use or handling of the products. We are only responsible for product defects that are due to our error.
